about
"Revolution", a brand new song from Belgian alternative metal CLOSURE, can be heard online. The track comes off the band's first full-length album, "The Silent Witness March", which has not yet a release date. The CD was produced by Mikey Doling (Channel Zero, Snot, Soulfly) and engineered by Gerald Jans.
The mix and mastering was done by Logan Mader (Devildriver, Gojira, soulfly).
Commented the band: “The song is about our feelings on what happens in Belgium since we don’t have a government.
We’re not taking part of any political colours or else.
It’s just a report of what our 11 millions citizens should do”.
lyrics
Revolution
Revolution
Revolution
It’s time for
Revolution
Revolution
Revolution
Is the solution
No one to throne in our kingdom
No balls just words
Back in the street like in 68
The only way to spit our hate
Citizen from both parts of the country are pushed to an orphan nation
Do you hear the sound of revolution
Now it’s time to scream our rage
Before we turn the page
Revolution
Revolution
Is the solution
And we will write our names with blood and honour
Revolution is the solution
Evolution is an option
Annihilation time
Trapped inside
We just need to use our voice
And let them show how use this world
Ten million innocent child mourn their promised land
Built like an empire of sand
Revolution
Revolution
It’s time for
Revolution
Revolution
Revolution
Is the solution
Poor king try to do something
The ace of spades showing us
An empty false face
In a state of grace
Look through your window and see the world coming down
Don’t let us be widows of our own shadow
Can you think this will be my grave?
Till we die, we are their slaves
Now it’s time to scream our rage
Before we turn the page
And we will write our names with blood and honour
Revolution is the solution
Evolution is an option
Annihilation time
Trapped inside
We just need to use our voice
And let them show how use this world
Ten million innocent child mourn their promised land
Built like an empire of sand
Revolution
Raise our flag
Black, our darkest day
Yellow, we have to follow
Red and we’re dead
